SAT-MOD-20170502-00069 E S2409 Intelsat License LLC Modification 07/19/2017 - 11/30/2024 Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/24/2017 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On August 24, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, Intelsat License LLC's request to modify its authorization for the Intelsat 905 space station to extend the license term through November 30, 2024. Intelsat 905 provides fixed-satellite service operations at the 24.5° W.L. orbital location in the 3625-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5850-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-MOD-20170626-00099 E S2653 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation Modification 08/24/2017 - 07/31/2022 Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/24/2017 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service, Other On August 24, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, a modification of EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation's authority for the EchoStar 12 space station. EchoStar was authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations related to the drift of EchoStar 12 from the 61.2° W.L. orbital location to the 86.4° W.L. orbital location and to maintaining EchoStar 12 at 86.4° W.L. using the following center frequencies: 12,205.0 MHz, 12,697.0 MHz, 17, 304.0 MHz, and 17,798.0 MHz. EchoStar was also authorized to operate at 86.4° W.L. in the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-STA-20170626-00100 E S2368 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/24/2017 On August 24, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of Intelsat License LLC for special temporary authority for a period of 180 days. Specifically, the Division granted special temporary authority to: (1) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 1R space station from the 169.2° E.L. orbital location to the 157.1° E.L. orbital location, and to maintain it at this location using the following center frequencies: 13995 MHz (Earth-to-space), 14498.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11696 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 11697 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands; and (2) provide fixed-satellite service via Intelsat 1R in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10950-11200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 11450-11950 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 13750-14500 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands once the satellite is located at the 157.1° E.L. orbital location. SAT-STA-20170802-00113 E S2653 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/24/2017 On August 24, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, subject to conditions, special temporary authority, for a period of 30 days, to EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation to continue operating the EchoStar 12 space station to provide Direct Broadcast Satellite service over channels 1 and 2 at the 61.2° W.L. orbital location. SAT-STA-20170811-00116 E S2434 SES Americom, Inc. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/23/2017 On August 23, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc. for a period of 30 days to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking and command functions with the AMC-9 space station outside of its assigned stationkeeping volume of +/- 0.05 degrees at 83 W.L. SAT-STA-20170814-00117 E S2741 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation Special Temporary Authority Withdrawn Effective Date: 08/21/2017 SAT-STA-20170816-00119 E S2347 SES Americom, Inc. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/24/2017 Page 2 of 3

On August 24, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc. for a period of 60 days to continue to provide fixed satellite service at the 83.0° W.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.0 GHz, (Earth-to-space), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, including Direct-to-Home service in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band.
