Amendment
Granted in Part/ Deferred in Part Effective Date: 07/13/2017

Nature of Service: Earth Exploration Satellite Service, Mobile Satellite Service, Other

On July 13, 2017, the Satellite Division granted in part and deferred in part, with conditions, the application, as amended, of Spire Global, Inc.
Specifically, Spire was authorized to construct, deploy, and operate up to 72 satellites to be deployed at orbital altitudes no greater than 600 km,
as part of what Spire describes as Phase IC deployment. The satellites will be used to conduct maritime monitoring and meteorological
monitoring operations. The satellites will operate using the 402-403 MHz (Earth-to-space and space-to-Earth) and 449.75-450.25
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands for telemetry, tracking and command and back-up data downlinking (back up data downlinking in 402-403
MHz only), and downlinks in the 2020-2025 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 2200-2290 (space-to-Earth, for 1 MHz bandwidth operations with earth
stations outside the United States) frequency bands. The satellites will also receive Automatic Identification System (AIS) and Application
Specific Messages (ASM) signals in the 156.7625-156.7875 MHz, 156.8125-156.8375 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 161.9625-161.9875 MHz,
162.0125-162.0375 MHz, 161.9375-161.9625 MHz and 161.9875-162.0125 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, Automatic Dependent
Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) signals in the 1087.7-1092.3 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and GPS signals centered at 1575.42
MHz and 1227.60 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands. Action was deferred on the remainder of Spire's application, as amended.

Nature of Service: Other

On July 13, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Spectrum Five LLC, to access the U.S. market to provide 17/24
GHz Broadcast-Satellite Service using the proposed BSSNET2A-95W space station. The BSSNET2A-95W space station will operate under the
authority of the Netherlands at the 95.15° W.L. orbital location. The BSSNET2A-95W space station will operate using the 17.3-17.7 GHz
(space-to-Earth) and 24.75-25.15 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands and will conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations at the
edges of those same frequencies.

MHz (Earth-to-space), 10950-11200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 11450-11950 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 13750-14500 MHz (Earth-to-space)
frequency bands. Intelsat was also granted special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and
command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 1R at 169.2° E.L. using the following center frequencies: 13995 MHz (Earth-to-space),
14498.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11696 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 11697 MHz (space-to-Earth).
