Nature of Service: Earth Exploration Satellite Service

On June 28, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Terra Bella to modify its authorization in order to launch and
operate up to six additional non-geostationary orbit remote-sensing satellites, SkySat16 through SkySat21, in the Earth Exploration Satellite
Service using the 8025-8400 MHz frequency band (space-to-Earth) for telemetry and data downlinks and the 2025-2110 MHz band
(Earth-to-space) for command uplinks. Terra Bella's request to modify a condition of its current authorization to amend the list of earth station
locations approved for transmissions in the 8025-8400 MHz band was also granted.
