On June 14, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of SES Americom, Inc. to modify the authorization for the AMC-6
space station at the 85.0° W.L. orbital location to operate in the conventional Ku- and extended Ku-bands. Specifically, SES Americom was
authorized to provide fixed-satellite service in the 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.0 GHz,
(Earth-to-space) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, including direct-to-home service in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth)
frequency band. Telemetry, tracking, and command will be conducted using the following center frequencies: 3700.5 MHz (space-to-Earth),
4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 11.702 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.198 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). SES Americom is
also authorized to continue operating pursuant to previously granted waivers of sections 25.202(g), 25.114(d)(14), and 25.283(c) of the
Commission's rules.

Special Temporary Authority

On June 14, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 90 days, to
conduct in-orbit testing (IOT) of the Intelsat 35e satellite at the 33.0º W.L. orbital location using the 3625-4200 MHz, 10.95-11.2 GHz, and
11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 5850-6425 MHz, 13.75-14.0 GHz, and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat is also
authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 35e during IOT at the 33.0º W.L. orbital
location, and to effect the drift of Intelsat 35e to the 34.5° W.L. orbital location upon completion of IOT, using the following center frequencies:
4197.75 MHz, 4198.25 MHz, 4198.75 MHz, and 4199.25 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 5853.0 MHz and 6424.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).
