The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

SAT-LOA-20161115-00121, to include the 37.5-42.0 GHz (space-to-Earth) and the 47.2-50.2 and 50.4-51.4 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
bands. We defer consideration of Theia's application for authority to operate in the 42.0-42.5 GHz band, which is not allocated for non-Federal
fixed-satellite service in the United States, and do not accept this portion of Theia's request for filing at this time. Theia requests waivers of
sections 25.202(a)(1), 25.208(r), 25.156(d)(5), and 25.157(e) of the Commission's rules.

license term through June 30, 2026 (SAT-MOD-20170523-00077). In its amendment, Intelsat (1) requests waiver of Sections 25.114(d)(14)(ii)
and 25.283(c) of the Commission's rules, 47 CFR §§ 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c), and (2) provides a Schedule S for its modification
application.

WorldVu Satellites Limited, d/b/a OneWeb, requests U.S. market access for its non-geostationary orbit fixed-satellite service system, which
OneWeb states will be authorized by the United Kingdom. OneWeb proposes a constellation of 720 satellites at a nominal altitude of 1,200 km
and 1,280 satellites at a nominal altitude of 8,500 km. OneWeb seeks market access in the following frequency bands: 37.5-42 GHz
(space-to-Earth), and 47.2-50.2 GHz, and 50.4-51.4 GHz (Earth-to-space). We defer consideration of OneWeb's request for market access in the
42-43.5 GHz band, which is not allocated for non-Federal fixed-satellite service in the United States, and do not accept this portion of OneWeb's
request for filing at this time. OneWeb requests waivers of sections 2.106, 25.112, 25.156(d)(4), (5), 25.157(c), (e), 25.210(i), 25.202(a)(1), and
25.217(b)(1) of the Commission's rules.

location, instead of the 67.0° W.L. orbital location, and to provide fixed-satellite service, including direct-to-home service, at the 134.9° W.L.
using the 3700-4200 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 GHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space), and 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SES requests authority to use the
3700.5 MHz, 4199.5 MHz, 11702.0 MHz, and 12198.0 MHz frequencies for telemetry, tracking, and command operations. SES Americom also
requests that the license term of AMC-4 be extended until February 28, 2022.

(Earth-to-space), 6425-6675 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space), and
14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat also requests a continued waiver of section 2.106, NG52 of the Commission's rules, 47
CFR § 2.106, NG52, in connection with its application.

seeks market access in the following frequency bands: 37.5-42.0 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 47.2-50.2 GHz, and 50.4-51.4 GHz (Earth-to-space).
ViaSat requests waivers of sections 25.202(a)(1), 25.112, 25.156(d)(5), 25.210(i), 25.217(b)(1) of the Commission's rules and certain of the
Commission's procedures as outlined in the V-Band Plan orders.
