The Satellite Division has determined that New Skies Satellites B.V. has met the launch and operation milestone associated with its grant of market access for the SES-10 space station (Call Sign S2950) at the 66.9° W.L. orbital location and may release the bond as provided in Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004), 47 CFR § 25.165(d).
