The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Amendment


 The Boeing Company has filed an amendment to its pending application for a non-geostationary fixed-satellite service system operating in the
 V-band (SAT-LOA-20160622-00058). Boeing has updated the nominal altitude of the satellite constellation to reflect a lower planned altitude.
 In addition, Boeing has resubmitted some previously provided information in a updated Schedule S format, and includes additional information
 relevant to its operations in the 37.5-40.0 GHz band.

 Modification


 Intelsat License LLC requests modification of its authorization to operate certain Ku-band frequencies on the NSS-7 satellite at 20.0° W.L. by
 extending the term for this authorization through July 31, 2023. Intelsat provides fixed-satellite service operations via NSS-7 at the 20.0° W.L.
 orbital location, in inclined-orbit, in the 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz
 (space-to-Earth), and 14.00-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat also requests continued waivers of sections 25.114(d)(14)(ii),
 25.283(c), and 25.114(d)(3) of the Commission's rules, 47 CFR §§ 25.114(d)(14)(ii), 25.283(c), and 25.114(d)(3), and a conditional waiver of
 section 25.280(a) of the Commission's rules, 47 CFR § 25.280(a).

 Modification


 Intelsat License LLC requests modification of its authorization for the Intelsat 905 space station to extend the license term through November 30,
 2024. Intelsat 905 provides fixed-satellite service operations at the 24.5° W.L. orbital location in the 3625-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
 5850-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space)
 frequency bands. Intelsat also requests a continued waiver of section 2.106, NG52 of the Commission's rules, 47 CFR § 2.106, NG52, and a
 conditional waiver of section 25.114(a)(1) of the Commission's rules, 47 CFR § 25.114(a)(1).
