Modification Class of Station: Other Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service, Other Row 44 Inc. (Row 44) requests modification of its earth station aboard aircraft (ESAA) authorization to add an additional type of remote antenna, the 0.63 meter QEST Global Satellite Antenna Assembly (GSAA), and to add new satellite points of communication.
