 On March 23, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC to modify the authorization for
 the DIRECTV 9S space station at 101.1° W.L. to: (1) consolidate the call signs for the Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) payload and the Ka-band
 payload, (S2669 and S2689, respectively) so that the spacecraft has one call sign covering both payloads; and (2) extend the license term for the
 DBS payload, S2669, until December 17, 2021, so that the two payloads on the DIRECTV 9S space station will have the same expiration date.

 On March 22, 2017, the Satellite Division reissued the license conditions for the SES-10 space station to specify operations of SES-10 at the
 66.9° W.L. orbital location instead of 67° W.L. This relocation was made pursuant to Section 25.117(h)(1) of the Commission's rules and
 became effective on March 10, 2017, without further authorization by the Commission.

 Special Temporary Authority

 On March 22, 2017, the Satellite Division granted the deferred portion of the the application of Intelsat License LLC for special temporary
 authority for a period of 180 days. Specifically, the Division granted special temporary authority to provide fixed-satellite service via Intelsat 1R
 in the 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 13750-14500 MHz (Earth-to-space); 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 10950-11200 MHz
 (space-to-Earth), and the 11450-11950 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands once the satellite is located at the 169.2° E.L. orbital location.

 Special Temporary Authority
 Grant of Authority                                                                                                  Effective Date:     03/16/2017



 On March, 16, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Planet Labs for special temporary authority for a period of 30
 days to allow all satellites in the Planet Labs constellation to operate in the 8025-8400 MHz frequency band with the Kongsberg Satellite
 Services ground station in Troll, Antarctica and the Swedish Space Corporation ground station in Punta Arenas, Chile.

On March 23, 2017, the Satellite Division granted the request of ViaSat, Inc. to replace the current milestone schedule and bond obligation
for the ViaSat-3 space station (Call Sign S2917) with the Commission's recently adopted single, final milestone and escalating bond
requirement. See Comprehensive Review of Licensing and Operating Rules for Satellite Services, Second Report and Order, 30 FCC Rcd
14713 (2016) and 47 CFR §§ 25.137(d)(1), (4), 25.164, 25.165. ViaSat-3 will operate under the authority of the United Kingdom from
the 88.9° W.L. orbital location using the 18.3-19.3 GHz, 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 28.1-29.1 GHz, 29.5-30.0 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
