The applications listed herein have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined they are defective and
not in conformance with the Commission's Rules and Regulations and its Policies. Final action will not be taken on any
of these applications earlier than 30 days following the date of this notice. 47 U.S.C. § 309(b). All applications accepted
for filing will be assigned call signs, or other unique station identifiers. However, these assignments are for
administrative purposes only and do not in any way prejudice Commission action.

Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for 180 days, beginning May 1, 2017, to use its Hagerstown, MD fixed earth station to
provide telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C) services for Intelsat 9 (S2380) during its drift from 43.1° W.L. to 29.5° W.L., and on-station
at the 29.5° W.L orbital locations. Intelsat 9 is expected to begin drifting no earlier than April 1, 2017, and the drift will take approximately two
months. TT&C operations will be performed on the following center frequencies: 14000.5 MHz and 14494.5 MHz (Earth-to-space); and
11700.5 MHz and 11702.0 MHz (space-to-Earth).

Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for 180 days, commencing June 1, 2017, to use two 9m antennas, located within one
arc second of each other at 39° 35' 56.7" N 77° 45' 23.0" W in Hagerstown, MD to communicate with Intelsat 11 (S2237) at the 43.0° orbital
location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925 - 6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
