This informative corrects the public notice for SES DTH do Brasil Ltda, IBFS File No. SAT-PPL-20160918-00093, which appeared in
Public Notice, Policy Branch Information, Actions Taken, Report No. SAT-01216, dated February 10, 2017. The February 10 Public
Notice incorrectly lists the frequency bands for SES's provision of DTH services as the 11.7-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5
GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SES is authorized to provide DTH in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band. The
corrected text is as follows:

On February 9, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of SES DTH do Brasil Ltda to access the U.S. market to
provide fixed-satellite service, including direct-to-home services, using the proposed SES-14 space station to be licensed by Brazil at the
47.5° W.L. orbital location. The Satellite Division added SES-14 at 47.5° W.L. to the Commission's Permitted Space Station List for the
provision of fixed-satellite service in the 3625-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5850-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, the
10.95-11.2 GHz and 11.45-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. As part of the grant of U.S.
market access, the Satellite Division included the provision of DTH services in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and the provision of fixed-satellite services in the 12.2-12.45 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
