 SAT-MOD-20161219-00128 E S2669 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC
 Date Filed: 12/19/2016 14:12:58:88600
 Modification

DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC seeks to modify the authorization for the DIRECTV 9S space station at 101.1° W.L. to: (1) consolidate the call signs
for the Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) payload and the Ka-band payload, (S2669 and S2689, respectively) so that the spacecraft has one call
sign covering both payloads; and (2) extend the license term for the DBS payload, S2669, until December 17, 2021, so that the two payloads on
the DIRECTV 9S space station will have the same expiration date.

 SAT-MPL-20170108-00002 E S2950 New Skies Satellites B.V.
 Date Filed: 01/08/2017 20:33:40:04300
 Modification to PDR/PPL

New Skies Satellites B.V. seeks to modify its U.S. market access grant for the SES-10 fixed-satellite service space station by specifying the 66.9°
W.L. orbital location instead of the 67° W.L. orbital location. New Skies filed its request pursuant to Section 25.117(h)(1) of the Commission's
rules and included the certifications set forth under that section. Accordingly, the grant of U.S. market access for SES-10 will be deemed
modified to reflect operations at 66.9° W.L. no earlier than 35 days after the date of this public notice (March 10, 2017), without further action
by the Commission, unless an objection is filed by March 6, 2017.

INFORMATIVE
SAT-PDR-20161130-00124 S2987 ABS Global Ltd.
This informative corrects the public notice for ABS Global Ltd., IBFS File No. SAT-PDR-20161130-00124, which appeared in Public
Notice, Policy Branch Information, Satellite Space Applications Accepted for Filing, Report No. SAT-01211, dated January 27, 2017. The
January 27 Public Notice incorrectly indicates that (1) the ABS-3A TT&C frequencies of 4197.0 MHz and 4194.5 MHz are associated with
Earth-to-space communications, when it should be space-to-Earth; and (2) the ABS-3A TT&C frequencies of 6420 MHz and 6425 GHz
are associated with space-to-Earth, when it should be Earth-to-space. The corrected text is as follows:

ABS Global Ltd. seeks to add the ABS-3A space station at the 3° W.L. orbital location to the Commission's Permitted Space Station List to
provide fixed-satellite service in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6426 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth),
and 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. The applicant states that it is "authorized to utilize the relevant frequencies at the
specified orbital location by the Government of the Russian Federation." Telemetry, tracking and command for ABS-3A at 3° W.L. will be
conducted using the following C-band center frequencies: 4197.0 MHz and 4194.5 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 6420 MHz and 6425 MHz
(Earth-to-space). ABS Global Ltd. requests waiver of Section 25.210(f) of the Commission's rules, 47 CFR. § 25.210(f), in connection
with its market access petition.

This informative does not change the due date for comments to this application, which is February 26, 2017.
