special temporary authority for a period of 180 days. Specifically, the Division granted special temporary authority to conduct telemetry,

location, and to maintain it at this location using the following center frequencies: 13995 MHz (Earth-to-space), 14498.5 MHz (Earth-to-space),
11696 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 11697 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands. The Division deferred action on Intelsat's request to provide
fixed-satellite service via Intelsat 1R in the 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 13750-14500 MHz (Earth-to-space); 3700-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 10950-11200 MHz (space-to-Earth), and the 11450-11950 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands once the satellite is located
