 Modification to PDR/PPL
Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/14/2016

Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service

On December 14, 2016, the Satellite Division granted the request of SES Satellites (Gibraltar) Ltd. to modify its authorization for the SES-15
space station in connection with the provision of radionavigation satellite service. SES-15 will operate under the authority of the United
Kingdom (Gibraltar) at the 129.15° W.L. orbital location. This grant is in connection with use of the following frequencies at one earth station in
the U.S.: the 6628.27-6650.27 MHz, and 6679.42-6701.42 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands for feeder links, and the 3700.2 MHz
(space-to-Earth) frequency for a beacon. See IBFS File No. SES-LIC-20160725-00674. The Division also waived Section 25.131(j) of the
Commission's rules, 47 CFR § 25.131(j), to permit reception in the U.S. of the 1165.45-1187.45 MHz and 1564.42-1586.42 MHz
(space-to-Earth) frequency bands for Federal Aviation Administration Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) digital data.
