The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Launch and Operating Authority


Intelsat License LLC requests authority to construct, deploy, and operate a C/Ku/Ka-band satellite, to be known as Intelsat 37e, at the 18.0° W.L.
orbital location. Intelsat seeks authority to provide fixed-satellite service via Intelsat 37e at the 18.0° W.L. orbital location using the following
frequency bands: 3400-3625 MHz, 3625-3700 MHz, and 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth); 5850-5925 MHz, 5925-6425 MHz, and 6425-6650
MHz (Earth-to-space); 10.7-10.95 GHz, 10.95-11.2 GHz, 11.2-11.45 GHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz, 11.7-11.95 GHz, 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth);
13.0-13.25 GHz, 13.75-14.0 GHz, and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space); 18.3-18.8 GHz, and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 28.35-28.85
GHz, and 29.25-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat also requests authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the
following center frequencies: 4197.75, 4199.25, 4198.25, and 4198.75 (space-to-Earth); and center frequencies in the ranges of 5850.5-5853.0
MHz and 6422.0-6424.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), selectable via ground command in 100 kilohertz steps. Intelsat requests waivers of Sections
25.210(a)(1), 25.210(a)(3), 25.210(i)(1), and 25.140(a) of the Commission's rules in connection with this application.
