Nature of Service:      Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service


On December 7, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, authority to SES Americom, Inc. to construct and deploy the SES-11 space
station at the 104.95° W.L. orbital location. SES-11 is capable of operating in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz
(Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), 18.3-19.3 GHz (space-to-Earth), 19.7-20.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 28.35-29.1 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 29.25-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SES-11 will operate in the 3700-4200
MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-Space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
SES Americom did not request and was not authorized to operate SES-11 in the 18.3-19.3 GHz, 19.7-20.2 GHz, 28.35-29.1 GHz and 29.25-30.0
GHz frequency bands. Operations in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands are licensed
by Gibraltar to SES Satellites (Gibraltar) Limited, and SES-11 has been added to the Commission's Permitted Space Station List for these
frequencies. Telemetry, tracking and command operations will be conducted using the following center frequencies: 3701.5 MHz and 4199.9
MHz (space-to-Earth); 5926 MHz and 5927 MHz (Earth-to-space); 14.0005 GHz, 14.0035 GHz, 14.4975 GHZ, and 14.4995 GHz
(Earth-to-space); and 11.703 GHz and 12.1985 GHz (space-to-Earth).

On December 8, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat License LLC to modify the authorization for the
Galaxy 25 space station by extending the license term until April 30, 2025. Galaxy 25 is authorized to provide fixed satellite service at the 93.10°
W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5
GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

authorization was revised pursuant to the filing by Spaceflight, Inc. on November 14, 2016, stating that 56 of the small spacecraft previously
planned for deployment from the SHERPA spacecraft would no longer be deployed and would be replaced by mass simulators.
