Date Filed: 10/03/2016 17:52:36:19000 Modification Satélites Mexicanos, S.A. de C.V., dba Eutelsat Americas, seeks to modify its U.S. market access grant to add the E117WB space station at the 117° W.L. orbital location to the Commission's Permitted Space Station list in the 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Eutelsat Americas also seeks modification of condition 4 of its market access grant based upon the fact that Mexico has registered the satellite with the United Nations.
