The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List


 SES DTH do Brasil Ltda requests access to the U.S. market to provide fixed-satellite service, including direct-to-home services, using the
 proposed SES-14 space station to be licensed by Brazil at the 47.5° W.L. orbital location. SES requests the following: 1) to add SES-14 to the
 Commission's Permitted Space Station List for FSS in the 3625-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5850-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
 bands, the 10.95-11.2 GHz and 11.45-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; 2) to grant market
 access to SES-14 to provide DTH services using the 11.7-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and
 3) to grant market access to SES-14 to provide FSS using the 12.2-12.45 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
 bands, which will be conducted under an ITU filing submitted by the Netherlands. SES also requests waivers of Sections 2.106 (NG52 and
 US271) and 25.210(i) of the Commission's rules.

SES Americom has notified its intent to engage in fleet management operations to relocate AMC-3 from the 67° W.L. orbital location to
72° W.L., where it will operate within the technical parameters currently licensed and coordinated for AMC-6 at that location and in
compliance with all of the conditions currently imposed on the operation of AMC-6. SES filed its notification pursuant to Section
25.118(e) of the Commission's rules and included the certifications set forth under that section. The notification was filed on October 25,
2016. Accordingly, SES Americom may commence relocation of AMC-6 no earlier than November 24, 2016, without further authorization
by the Commission.
