The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

 Intelsat License LLC requests a modification of the authorization for its Galaxy 25 space station to extend the license term until April 30, 2025.
 Galaxy 25 is authorized to provide fixed satellite service at the 93.10° W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425
 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

 Special Temporary Authority


 Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to: (1) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations
 necessary to drift the Intelsat 5 space station from the 157.0° E.L. orbital position to the 59.9° E.L. orbital location, and to maintain it at this
 location using the following center frequencies: 14.498 GHz (Earth-to-space), 13.999 GHz (Earth-to-space), 11.451 GHz (space-to-Earth),
 11.452 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 11.454 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands; and (2) provide fixed-satellite service via Intelsat 5 in the
 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 12.75-13.25 GHz (Earth-to-space), 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space), 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
 10.70-10.95 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.2-11.45 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands once located at the
 59.9° E.L. orbital location.

SES Americom has notified its intent to engage in fleet management operations to relocate AMC-6 from the 72° W.L. orbital location to
67° W.L., where it will operate within the technical parameters currently licensed and coordinated for AMC-3 and AMC-4 at that location
and in compliance with all of the conditions currently imposed on the operation of AMC-4. SES filed its notification pursuant to Section
25.118(e) of the Commission's rules and included the certifications set forth under that section. The notification was filed on October 14,
2016. Accordingly, SES Americom may commence relocation of AMC-6 no earlier than November 14, 2016, without further
authorization by the Commission.
