Date Filed: 05/27/2016 14:20:50:34300 Modification ViaSat, Inc. seeks to modify its U.S. market access grant for the ViaSat-2 space station at the 69.9° W.L. orbital location. Specifically, ViaSat seeks to add to its grant of market access the 27.5-28.1 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency band and the 17.7-18.3 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band to provide fixed-satellite service. ViaSat seeks waivers of Sections 2.106 (footnote US271), 25.210(i), and 25.264(a) of the Commission's rules.
