SAT-STA-20160822-00085 E S2105 Satellite CD Radio LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/29/2016 On September 29, 2016, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority to Satellite CD Radio LLC, for a period of 180 days, to continue to operate the FM-1 spacecraft with relaxed orbital parameters as a result of suspension of certain station-keeping maneuvers. INFORMATIVE SAT-LOA-20151231-00089 S2948 Intelsat License LLC The Satellite Division has determined that Intelsat License LLC has met the launch and begin operations milestone associated with its authorization for the Intelsat 36 space station at 68.5° E.L. (Call Sign S2948) and may release the bond associated with this space station, as provided in the Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004), 47 C.F.R. § 25.165(d).
