 Modification

Intelsat License LLC seeks to modify the authorization for its Galaxy 11 space station to specify operations at the 44.9° E.L. orbital location,
instead of Galaxy 11's currently authorized location of 55.6° W.L. Intelsat requests authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Galaxy 11 at
 44.9° E.L. in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat also requests authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and
command operations using the following center frequencies: 11.701 GHz and 11.702 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 14.0005 GHz and 14.4985 GHz
(Earth-to-space). Further, Intelsat requests that the waivers of Sections 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c) previously granted to Galaxy 11 at the
55.6° W.L. orbital location continue to apply to its operations at the 44.9° E.L. orbital location. In addition, Intelsat requests conditional waivers
 of Sections 25.164 and 25.165.

 Modification

Intelsat License LLC seeks to modify the authorization for its Intelsat 904 space station to specify operations at the 45.1° E.L. orbital location,
instead of Intelsat 904's currently authorized location of 60.0° E.L. Intelsat requests authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 904
 at 45.1° E.L. in the 3625-3700 MHz, 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5850-5925 MHz, 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat also requests authority to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the following center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.0 MHz, and
3952.5 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat also requests that the license term for Intelsat 904 be
extended from March 27, 2017 through December 31, 2019. Intelsat requests that the waivers of Sections 25.202(g), 25.210(a)(1), 25.210(a)(3),

 SAT-MPL-20160718-00063 E S2951 SES Satellites (Gibraltar) Limited
 Date Filed: 07/18/2016 21:47:15:06300
 Modification to PDR/PPL

SES Satellites (Gibraltar) Ltd. requests a waiver of Section 25.131(j) of the Commission's rules to permit receive-only radionavigation satellite
service (RNSS) terminals to receive, without a license, transmissions in the 1564.42-1586.42 MHz (L1) and 1165.45-1187.45 MHz (L5)
(space-to-Earth) frequency bands from the wide area augmentation system (WAAS) on the SES-15 satellite. The WAAS operations are a
modification of SES-15's existing grant of U.S. market access for operations under the authority of Gibraltar at the 129.15° W.L. orbital location.
SES also requests authority to modify its market access grant to include feeder links in the 6628.27-6650.27 MHz and 6679.42-6701.42 MHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands and a tracking beacon at 3700.2 MHz (space-to-Earth). In addition, SES requests waivers of Sections 25.158,
25.202(g), 25.210(f), 25.210(i)(1), 25.114(d)(14)(ii), and 25.283(c) of the Commission's rules to the extent necessary in connection with this
request. SES Americom, Inc. has filed an application for an earth station that would operate the feeder links for the RNSS space station in the
6628.27-6650.27 MHz and 6679.42-6701.42 MHz frequency bands. See IBFS File No. SES-LIC-20160725-00674.
