 Modification

O3b Limited requests a modification of its prior grant of access to the U.S. market to add eight non-geostationary satellite orbit (NGSO) satellites
to its medium-earth orbit constellation, for a total of twenty satellites in an equatorial orbit, operating under the authority of the United Kingdom.
Four of the satellites will operate as spares. The new satellites will operate in the previously authorized orbital plane, altitude, and frequency
bands: 18.8-19.3 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 28.6-29.1 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands on a primary basis, 28.35-28.4 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency band on a secondary basis. O3b seeks continuation of a waiver of the U.S. Table of Frequency Allocations, Section
2.106 of the Commission's rules and of the Commission's Ka-band Plan to operate in the 17.8-18.3 GHz, 18.3-18.6 GHz (space-to-Earth), and
27.6-28.35 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands on non-conforming basis. O3b also seeks a continuation of waivers of the following
 Commission rules: Sections 25.145(c), 25.210(i)(1), 25.137(c), and 25.157. O3b also requests a waiver of Sections 25.137(d) and 25.164(b) to
the extent necessary. This application is part of the processing round established in Satellite Branch Information, Public Notice: Cut Off
