 Nature of Service:      Earth Exploration Satellite Service


 On August 5, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of DG Consents Sub, Inc. to modify the authorization of its
 EESS space station, WorldView-4 (formerly known as GeoEye-2), to operate at an altitude between 496 kilometers and 770 kilometers. DG
 Consents is also granted an extension of the launch and operation milestone for WorldView-4 to November 10, 2016. To the extent DG Consents
 seeks to modify the WorldView-4 authorization to permit operations using altitudes and inclinations other than the orbit with the inclination and
 apogee/perigee altititudes notified to the Commission as a condition of its license, the Division deferred action on such a request.
