 On August 4, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days,
 to conduct in-orbit testing of the Intelsat 36 space station at the 63.1º E.L. orbital location using the 3625-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
 5925-6725 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.2-11.45 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.5 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.0-13.25 GHz (Earth-to-space), and
 17.3-18.1 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat was also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations
 necessary to maintain Intelsat 36 during IOT at the 63.1º E.L. orbital location, and to effect the drift of Intelsat 36 to the 68.5° E.L. orbital
 location upon completion of IOT, using the following center frequencies: 3652.0 MHz, 3652.5 MHz, 3653.5 MHz, and 3654.0 MHz
 (space-to-Earth); and 6722.00 MHz and 6724.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).

 On August 4, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days,
 to conduct in-orbit testing of the Intelsat 33e space station at the 59.55º E.L. orbital location using the 3625-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
 5850-6725 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.2-11.45 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth),
 12.5-12.6 GHz (space-to-Earth), 18.3-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.75-13.85 GHz (Earth-to-space), 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), 17.3-17.8
 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 28.1-30.0 Hz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat was also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and
 command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 33e at the 59.55º E.L. orbital location during in-orbit testing, and to effect the drift of Intelsat
 33e to the 60.0º E.L. orbital location upon completion of in-orbit testing, using the following center frequencies: 4197.25 MHz, 4197.75 MHz,
 4198.25MHz, and 4198.75 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6422.00 MHz, 6424.5 MHz, 5850.5 MHz, and 5853.0 MHz (Earth-to-space).

 On August 3, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority, for a period of 30 days, to DISH Operating
 L.L.C. to continue to conduct in-orbit testing of its EchoStar 18 space station at the 67.2° W.L. orbital location using the 12.2-12.7 GHz
 (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. DISH is also authorized to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and
 command operations necessary to maintain EchoStar 18 at the 67.2° W.L. orbital location using the 12.695 GHz, 12.696 GHz, 12.203 GHz, and
 12.204 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 17.303 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. DISH may also conduct command operations in the
 17.791-17.796 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency band. Upon completion of IOT, DISH is authorized to drift EchoStar 18 from the 67.2° W.L.
 orbital location to the 61.35° W.L. orbital location.

 On August 3, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority, for a period of 60 days, to DISH Operating
 L.L.C. to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the EchoStar 18 satellite from the 67.2° W.L. orbital location
 to the 61.35° W.L. orbital location. At the 61.35° W.L. orbital location, DISH is authorized to operate EchoStar 18 as an in-orbit spare using the
 following telemetry, tracking, and command frequencies: 17,793 MHz, 17,303 MHz, 17,790-17,795 MHz, 17,795-17,800 MHz
 (Earth-to-space); and 12,695 MHz, 12,696 MHz, 12,203 MHz, 12, 204 MHz, 12,690-12,695 MHz, 12,695-12,700 MHz (space-to-Earth).
