SAT-STA-20160603-00055 E S2741 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 07/27/2016 On July 27, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, to EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation to maintain EchoStar 3 as an in-orbit spare at the 61.8° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 12.201 GHz, 12.203 GHz, and 12.699 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 17.3015 GHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-STA-20160725-00070 E Skynet Satellite Corporation Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 07/28/2016 On July 28, 2016, the Satellite Divison granted Skynet Satellite Corporation an extension of its special temporary authority, for a period of 60 days, to operate the Telstar 12 space station at the 109.2° W.L. orbital location pursuant to the parameters set forth in IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20160513-00050, as supplemented.
