 On July 21, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation to operate the
 EchoStar-1 space station as an in-orbit spare at the 77.25° W.L. orbital location on the following center frequencies: 4198.5 MHz and 4199.5
 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 5926.5 MHz and 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).

 Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List

 On July 21, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the petition of Empresa Argentina de Soluciones Satelitales S.A. to add the
 ARSAT-2 space station at the 81° W.L. orbital location to the Commission's Permitted Space Station List. ARSAT-2 will provide Fixed-Satellite
 Service in the 3700-4200 MHz and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

 Special Temporary Authority
 Grant of Authority                                                                                                Effective Date:     07/19/2016



 On July 19, 2016, the Satellite Division granted in full the application of Skynet Satellite Corporation for special temporary authority for 30
 days to operate the Telstar 12 space station at the 109.2° W.L. orbital location using the 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-12.2 GHz
 (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, subject to conditions and pursuant to
 the parameters set forth in IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20160513-00050, as supplemented. This application was previously granted, in part, and
 deferred in part. See Policy Branch Information Actions Taken, Report No. SAT-01173, DA 16-783 (July 8, 2016).
