 Nature of Service:       Fixed Satellite Service


 On July 6, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, authority to Horizons-3 License LLC to construct, deploy, and operate a C- and
 Ku-band satellite, to be known as Horizons 3e, at the 169.0º E.L. orbital location. Horizons-3 is authorized to provide fixed-satellite service via
 Horizons 3e using the following frequency bands: 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.85-11.7 GHz
 (space-to-Earth), 12.2-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.92-13.25 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space). Horizons-3 is also
 authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the following center frequencies: 5925.5 MHz and 6424.5 MHz
 (Earth-to-space) and 4197.75 MHz, 4198.25 MHz, 4198.75 MHz, 4199.75 MHz, 11451.0 MHz, and 12200.25 MHz (space-to-Earth).

 Nature of Service:       Fixed Satellite Service


 On July 6, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of Intelsat License LLC to modify the authorization for its
 Intelsat 10 space station to extend the license term through September 30, 2026. Intelsat 10 is authorized at the 47.5° W.L. orbital location using
 the 3700-4200 MHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz, 12.25-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 5925-6425 MHz, 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
 bands. Telemetry, tracking, and command is conducted using the following center frequencies: 11.699, 12.7475, 12.7485, and 12.7495 GHz
 (space-to-Earth); and 14.0005 and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space).

 On July 6, 2016, the Satellite Division granted Skynet Satellite Corporation special temporary authority, for a period of 30 days, to operate the
 Telstar 12 space station at the 109.2° W.L. orbital location using the 10.95-11.2 GHz, 11.45-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz
 (Earth-to-space) frequency bands subject to conditions and pursuant to the parameters set forth in IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20160513-00050, as
 supplemented. The Satellite Division deferred action on Skynet's request to operate Telstar 12 at 109.2 W.L. using the 13.75-14.0 GHz
 (Earth-to-space) frequency band.

 Special Temporary Authority
 Grant of Authority                                                                                                     Effective Date:     07/07/2016



 On July 7, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DISH Operating L.L.C. for special temporary authority, for a
 period of 30 days, to continue to conduct in-orbit testing of the EchoStar 18 satellite at the 67.2° W.L. orbital location. In-orbit testing will be
 conducted using the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and upon completion EchoStar 18
 will move to its assigned orbital location at 61.35° W.L. Telemetry, tracking, and command will be conducted using the following frequencies:
 12.695 GHz, 12.696 GHz, 12.203 GHz, 12.204 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 17.303 GHz (Earth-to-space). Additionally, EchoStar may use the
 17.791-17.796 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency band for command.
