The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

 Launch and Operating Authority


 Intelsat License LLC seeks authority to construct, deploy, and operate Intelsat 35e, a C-/Ku-band satellite at the 34.5° W.L. orbital location.
 Intelsat seeks authority to provide fixed-satellite service via Intelsat 35e at 34.5° W.L. in the 3625-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3700-4200 MHz
 (space-to-Earth), 5850-5925 MHz (Earth-to-space), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz
 (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat also requests authority to
 conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations to maintain Intelsat 35e at 34.5° W.L. using the following center frequencies: 4197.75
 MHz (space-to-Earth), 4198.75 MHz (space-to-Earth), 4198.25 MHz (space-to-Earth), 4199.25 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6424.5 MHz
 (Earth-to-space), and 5853.0 MHz (Earth-to-space). In addition, Intelsat requests authority to use beams for uplink power control in the center
 frequencies of 4199.75 MHz (space-to-Earth), 11198.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 11451.5 MHz (space-to-Earth). Intelsat seeks waivers of
 Sections 25.210(a)(1), 25.210(a)(3), and 25.210(i)(1) of the Commission's rules.

 Modification


 Intelsat License LLC requests modification of the ten-year license term for its Fixed-Satellite Service space station, Intelsat 10. Intelsat requests
 authority to extend Intelsat 10's license term for an additional ten years until September 30, 2026. Intelsat 10 is located at the 47.5° E.L. orbital
 location and uses the following frequency bands: 3700-4200 MHz, 11.45-11.70 GHz, and12.25-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 5925-6425
 MHz and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space).

 Special Temporary Authority


 DISH Operating L.L.C. requests special temporary authority for a period of 60 days to conduct in-orbit testing of the EchoStar 18 satellite once it
 arrives at the 67.1° W.L. orbital location. In-orbit testing will be conducted using the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz
 (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and upon completion EchoStar 18 will move to its assigned orbital location at 61.35° W.L. Telemetry,
 tracking, and command will be conducted using the following frequencies: 12.695 GHz, 12.696 GHz, 12.203 GHz, 12.204 GHz
 (space-to-Earth), and 17.303 GHz (Earth-to-space). Additionally, EchoStar may use the 17.791-17.796 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency band for
 command.
