The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

SES Americom, Inc. requests modification of the ten-year license term for its Direct Broadcast Satellite space station, AMC-2, to extend the
license term to December 31, 2017. SES also requests authority to drift AMC-2 from the 80.85° W.L. orbital location to the 84.85° W.L. orbital
location and maintain it at that location using the 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 3700.5 MHz, 4199.5 MHz, and 12198.0 MHz
(space-to-Earth) frequencies. Additionally, SES requests authority to operate AMC-2 at the 84.85° W.L. orbital location using the 11.7-12.2
GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies, and requests waivers of Sections 25.210(j) and 25.114(c)(4) of the
Commission's rules.

Intelsat License LLC requests modification of its authorization for the Intelsat 701 space station to extend the license term for Intelsat 701's
operation at the 29.5° W.L. orbital location using the frequencies set forth in its current authorization, IBFS File No.
SAT-MOD-20130513-00068, and all previously granted waivers, through December 31, 2018. The frequencies set forth in its current
authorization at 29.5° W.L. are as follows: 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space).
