The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

 Skynet Satellite Corporation seeks to modify its authorization for the Telstar 12 Vantage space station at the 15° W.L. orbital location in order to
 operate six steerable spot beams with a wider coverage area for its services to Europe and Africa using the previously authorized 14.0-14.25 GHz
 (Earth-to-space) and 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands.

 Special Temporary Authority


 Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 75 days to continue operations of the Intelsat 702 space station at the
 32.9° E.L. orbital location past the end of its license term, July 18, 2016, in order to allow Intelsat to de-orbit the space station. During this
 period, Intelsat will operate Intelsat 702 pursuant to the terms of its current authorization, IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20121001-00163.
