The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Intelsat Licensee LLC requests modification of its authorization for the Intelsat IR space station to provide Fixed Satellite Service at the 50.1°
W.L. orbital location, rather than the 50° W.L. orbital location, and during the drift from 50° W.L. to 50.1° W.L., using the following frequency
bands: 5925-6425 MHz, 13.75-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 3700-4200 MHz, 10.95-11.20 GHz, 11.45-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth). Intelsat
also seeks to conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations during the drift to 50.1° W.L. using the following center frequencies: 13995
MHz, 14498.5 MHz, 11696 MHz and 11697 MHz. As part of its request, Intelsat seeks continued waiver of Section 2.106, NG52, of the
Commission's rules. Intelsat also seeks to extend the end of license term of Intelsat 1R from June 24, 2016 to August 31, 2023.

Special Temporary Authority


Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to: (1) provide fixed-satellite service via the Galaxy 11 space
station at 60.1° E.L. using the 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space)
frequency bands; and (2) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain the Galaxy 11 space station at the 60.1°
E.L. orbital position using the following center frequencies: 14.0005 GHz and 14.4985 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 11.701 GHz and 11.702 GHz
(space-to-Earth).
