The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20160202-00010 E S2931 DISH Operating L.L.C. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 03/30/2016 On March 30, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to DISH Operating LLC, for a period of 60 days, to conduct in-orbit testing of EchoStar 18 at 137.75° W.L. in the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands and to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain EchoStar 18 at 137.75° W.L. and to drift EchoStar 18 from the 137.75° W.L. orbital location to its assigned 109.9° W.L. orbital location. SAT-STA-20160217-00018 E S2105 Satellite CD Radio LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 03/31/2016 On March 31, 2016, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority to Satellite CD Radio LLC, for a period of 180 days, to continue to operate the FM-1, FM-2, and FM-3 non-geostationary satellite orbit spacecraft with relaxed orbital parameters as a result of suspension of certain station-keeping maneuvers.
