The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

 Modification


 Intelsat License LLC seeks to modify the authorization for the Intelsat 16 space station to specify operations at the 58.1° W.L. orbital location
 where it will provide fixed-satellite service in the 10.7-11.45 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.75-13.25 GHz
 (Earth-to-space), 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat also seeks to conduct
 telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 16 at the 58.1° W.L. orbital location using the following center
 frequencies: 13997.5 MHz and 14499.5 MHz (Earth-to-space); and 12198.25 MHz and 12198.75 MHz (space-to-Earth). Intelsat requests
 waivers of Sections 25.164 and 25.165 of the Commission's rules in connection with this application.

 Inmarsat plc has filed a Petition for Declaratory Ruling requesting that the Commission modify the ISAT list to add the Inmarsat-3 F5 satellite as
 a replacement for the Inmarsat-3 F4 satellite at the 54° W.L. orbital location as a permitted point of communication in the 1525-1559 MHz
 (space-to-Earth) and 1626.5-1660.5 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
