The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Date Filed: 02/02/2016 13:39:41:56600 Special Temporary Authority DISH Operating L.L.C. requests special temporary authority for a period of 60 days to conduct in-orbit testing of the EchoStar 18 satellite once it arrives at the 137.75° W.L. orbital location. In-orbit testing will be conducted using the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and upon completion EchoStar 18 will move to its assigned orbital location at 109.9° W.L.
