SAT-MOD-20150428-00031 E S2861 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Modification 02/11/2016 - 06/23/2030 Grant of Authority Effective Date: 02/11/2016 Nature of Service: Direct to Home Fixed Satellite On February 11, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC to operate in the 17.3-17.8 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 24.75-25.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the 78.8° W.L. orbital location to provide direct-to-home satellite service. The Satellite Division also granted DIRECTV's request to operate at an orbital location offset by 0.2 degrees from an Appendix F location with full power and full interference protection in accordance with Section 25.262(b). SAT-MOD-20151218-00083 E AMSC-1 LightSquared Subsidiary LLC Modification 01/01/2016 - 12/31/2016 Grant of Authority Effective Date: 02/11/2016 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service, Mobile Satellite Service On February 11, 2016, the Satellite Division granted the application of LightSquared Subsidiary LLC to extend the license term of the MSAT-2 space station for one year, through December 31, 2016. LightSquared operates MSAT-2 at the 103.3° W.L. orbital location to provide mobile-satellite service in the 1530-1544 MHz and 1545-1559 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 1631.5-1645.5 MHz and 1646.5-1660.5 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Feeder links for MSAT-2 are operated in the 10.75-10.95 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.0-13.15 GHz and 13.20-13.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) bands. Telemetry, tracking, and command operations use the following center frequencies: 11.7005 GHz and 11.701 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0005 GHz and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space).
