The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20160127-00008 E S2750 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 02/04/2016 On February 4, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 30 days to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations with the Intelsat 16 space station necessary to drift the space station from the 76.2° W.L. orbital location to the 58.1° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 14.4995 GHz and 13.9975 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 12.19825 GHz and 12.19875 GHz (space-to-Earth).
