Date Filed: 12/22/2015 15:39:12:10600 Modification SES Americom, Inc. seeks to modify its authorization for the AMC-8 space station at the 139.0° E.L. orbital location by extending the 15-year license term for approximately four years, through June 30, 2020. SES Americom is currently authorized to operate AMC-8 at the 139.0° E.L. orbital location to provide Fixed-Satellite Services in the in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. As part of its request, SES Americom requests waiver of Sections 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c) of the Commission's rules.
