The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Sirius XM Radio Inc. seeks to modify the authorization for its Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) FM-5 space station to (1) conduct
 telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to relocate the space station from its current orbital location of 96° W.L. to the 86.15°
 W.L. orbital location, and (2) extend the license term for FM-5 for an additional eight years through August 25, 2025. Sirius XM Radio is
 authorized to operate FM-5 to provide SDARS in the 2320.0-2332.5 MHz frequency band (space-to-Earth) and to receive feeder link
 transmissions in the 7050.5-7072.5 MHz frequency band (Earth-to-space).
