SAT-LOA-20150512-00035 E S2944 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation Launch and Operating Authority Withdrawn Effective Date: 12/15/2015 Nature of Service: Other SAT-MOD-20111021-00207 E S2103 ORBCOMM License Corp. Modification 10/02/2012 - 04/30/2025 Granted in Part/ Deferred in Part Effective Date: 12/17/2015 Nature of Service: Mobile Satellite Service On December 17, 2015, the Satellite Division granted in part, with conditions, the amended application of ORBCOMM License Corp. to modify its authorization for a non-voice, non-geostationary mobile-satellite service system. ORBCOMM was granted authority to operate an additional 50 kHz feeder downlink channel, centered at 137.4 MHz, with all authorized space stations in the ORBCOMM system.
