The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20151014-00070 E S2811 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/10/2015 On December 10, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for 180 days for EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation and EchoStar Broadcasting Corporation to maintain EchoStar 15 as an in-orbit spare at the 61.65° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 17.7915 GHz and 17.7935 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 12.6920 GHz, 12.6930 GHz, 12.6945 GHz, and 12.6985 GHz (space-to-Earth). SAT-STA-20151130-00079 E S2750 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/10/2015 On December 10, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 30 days to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations with the Intelsat 16 space station necessary to drift the space station from the 76.2° W.L. orbital location to the 58.1° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 14.4995 GHz and 13.9975 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 12.19825 GHz and 12.19875 GHz (space-to-Earth).
