 On November 19, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to XM Radio LLC for a period of 180 days,
 to continue to perform telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift its Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) space
 station, XM-1, from the 115.25º W.L. orbital location to the 39° W.L. orbital location in preparation for deorbit maneuvers, using the following
 center frequencies: 2339.2 MHz, 2339.7 MHz, 2344.0 MHz, 2344.5 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 7049.0 MHz and 7074.0 MHz (Earth-to-space).

 Special Temporary Authority
 Grant of Authority                                                                                                 Effective Date:      11/19/2015



 On November 19, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, Skynet Satellite Corporation's request for special temporary authority for
 a period of 30 days to conduct in-orbit testing of the Telstar 12V space station between the 15.7° W.L. and 16° W.L. orbital locations using the
 following frequency bands: 10.95-12.2 GHz, 12.5-12.75 GHz, 18.3-19.1 GHz, and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 13.0-13.25 GHz,
 13.75-14.5 GHz, 28.35-28.9 GHz, and 29.25-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space). Skynet is also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command
 operations necessary to conduct in-orbit testing and to drift Telstar 12V to the 15° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies:
 14497.6 MHz, 14499.6 MHz, 11700 MHz, and 11701 MHz.
