The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Special Temporary Authority


 Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to: (1) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations
 necessary to maintain the Intelsat 16 space station at the 58.1° W.L. orbital position using the center frequencies of 14.4995 GHz and 13.9975
 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 12.19825 GHz and 12.19875 GHz (space-to-Earth); and (2) provide fixed-satellite service via the Intelsat 16 space
 station at 58.1° W.L. using the 10.7-11.45 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.75-13.25 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.0
 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 14.0 -14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
