The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-MOD-20150415-00022 E S2888 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Modification Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/17/2015 Nature of Service: Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service On September 17, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC to modify the authorization for its DIRECTV KU-76W geostationary-satellite orbit space station. DIRECTV was authorized to construct, launch, and operate DIRECTV KU-76W, as modified, to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the 76.2º W.L. orbital location instead of its previously authorized 76.0º W.L. orbital position. DIRECTV was also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions necessary to operate DIRECTV KU-76W at the 76.2° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 11.70175 GHz and 11.70275 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 14.0025 GHz and 14.498 GHz (Earth-to-space). Additionally, DIRECTV was authorized to construct and launch a 17/24 GHz Broadcasting-Satellite Service station on DIRECTV KU-76W, capable of operating in the 17.3-17.8 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 24.75-25.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
