DIRECTV RB-79W is a payload on the previously authorized DIRECTV KU-79W, IBFS File Nos. SAT-LOA-20120316-00051 and SAT-AMD-20120420-00071 (Jul. 12, 2012), and SAT-MOD-20130718-00096 (Mar. 14, 2014). Telemetry, Tracking, and Control specifications for DIRECTV RB-79W are the same as those requested for DIRECTV KU-79W, IBFS File Nos.
