The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20150710-00042 E S2229 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/27/2015 On August 27, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 180 days to continue to: (1) provide Fixed-Satellite Services via Intelsat 7 at the 18.2° W.L. orbital location in the 3400-3625 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 6425-6650 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) operate the Intelsat 7 space station's telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C) at the 18.2° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 13998 MHz (Earth-to-space); and 11451 MHZ and 11453 MHz (space-to-Earth). SAT-STA-20150712-00043 E S2741 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/27/2015 On August 27, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, subject to conditions, the application of EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation for special temporary authority to continue operating the EchoStar 3 space station to provide Direct Broadcast Satellite service over channels 1 and 2 at the 61.8° W.L. orbital location for a period of 180 days. SAT-STA-20150712-00044 E S2653 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/27/2015 On August 27, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, subject to conditions, the application of EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation for special temporary authority to continue operating the EchoStar 12 space station to provide Direct Broadcast Satellite service over channels 1 and 2 at the 61.35° W.L. orbital location for a period of 180 days. INFORMATIVE SAT-LOA-20060908-00100 S2712 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC The Satellite Division has determined that DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC has met the launch and begin operations milestone associated with its authorization for the RB-2 space station at 103° W.L.(Call Sign S2712) and may release the bond associated with this space station, as provided in the Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02- 34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004), 47 C.F.R. § 25.165(d).
