On August 20, 2015, the Satellite Division granted the request of Satélites Mexicanos, S.A. de C.V. in connection with the provision of
radionavigation satellite service using the Satmex 9 space station. Satmex 9 will operate under the authority of Papua New Guinea at the 117°
W.L. orbital location. The grant is in connection with use of the following frequencies at two earth stations in the U.S.: the 6628.27-6650.27
MHz, and 6679.42-6701.42 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands for feeder links, the 4198-4198.4 MHz and 4199.6-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth) frequency bands for antenna alignment and tracking. See IBFS File Nos. SES-MFS-20140630-00546 and
SES-MFS-20140630-00548. The Division also waived Section 25.137(j) of the rules to permit reception in the U.S. of the 165.45-1187.45 MHz
and 1564.42-1586.42 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands for Federal Aviation Administration Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS)
 digital data.

period of 180 days, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Galaxy 11 space station from the 55.6° W.L.
orbital location to the 60.1° E.L. orbital location - and to maintain Galaxy 11 at 60.1° E.L. - using the following center frequencies: 14000.5
MHz, 14498.5 MHz, 11701 MHz, and 11702 MHz. The Division took no action on Intelsat's requests to modify the post-mission disposal plan
for Galaxy 11 and to operate Galaxy 11 at 60.1° E.L. using the 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and
 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands.
