 SAT-MOD-20150415-00022 E S2888 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC
 Date Filed: 04/15/2015 10:41:12:23000
 Modification

DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC requests modification of its authority to construct, launch, and operate DIRECTV KU-76W, a geostationary orbit
satellite authorized to provide Fixed-Satellite Service, including Direct-to-Home service, in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5
GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. DIRECTV proposes to modify beams covering Mexico, Central America, and parts of the Caribbean.
DIRECTV also seeks modification of its authorized orbital location to specify 76.2° W.L. instead of 76.0° W.L. In addition, DIRECTV seeks
authority to construct and launch a 17/24 GHz Broadcasting-Satellite Service station on DIRECTV KU-76W, capable of operating in the
17.3-17.8 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 24.75-25.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. DIRECTV does not seek authority to operate these
frequencies. DIRECTV seeks a waiver of Section 25.210(i)(1) of the Commission's rules, and conditional waivers of Sections 25.140(b) and
25.264(a) and (b) of the Commission's rules, in connection with these requests.
