The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-PPL-20150227-00008 E S2938 Satelites Mexicanos S. A. de C. V. Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List Grant of Authority Effective Date: 06/11/2015 Nature of Service: Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service On June 11, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the petition of Satélites Mexicanos, S.A. de C.V. to add the Eutelsat 115 WB space station (formerly known as Satmex 7) at the 114.9° W.L. orbital location to the Commission's Permitted Space Station List to provide Fixed-Satellite Service, including direct-to-home services, in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. The operations of Eutelsat 115 WB addressed by this grant are licensed by the Administration of Mexico. INFORMATIVE SAT-LOA-20150327-00016 S2939 Intelsat License LLC The Satellite Division designates the above-captioned proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the Commission's rules governing ex parte communications. We find that this proceeding raises issues of broadly applicable policy under the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and International Telecommunication Union Radio Regulations and that designating this proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" will facilitate communications with the parties. Thus, we designate IBFS File No. SAT-LOA-20150327-00016, as "permit-but-disclose," effective June 12, 2015. See 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.1200(a), 1.1206 and 1.1208 note 2.
