See Public Notice, Actions Taken, Report No. SAT-01064, DA 15-95, dated January 23, 2015. The revisions in this re-issue modify condition 4 of the grant, which addresses operations in the 17.8-18.6 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band, and also include non-substantive revisions to other conditions.
